At iTruck Solutions Ltd. we implement intelligent truck solutions for industrial and commercial companies in Hungary and the neighbouring countries. Our solutions include truck fleet management, tracking, indoor and outdoor location tracking, speed zones, installing on-board cameras. As a young company, we aim to create dynamic and sustainable growth. We are looking for a new member of our expanding team.

Tasks

technical support and management of the implementation of customer projects
consulting with and providing technical assistance for employees with electrical and mechanical questions
liaising with our partners' technical staff, engineers, developers, and IT professionals
organising and supporting the work of own service technicians and subcontractors
handling maintenance requests, creating maintenance offers and background calculations
carrying out small-volume maintenance tasks and installations, with a trip to the customer
in case of a failure: identifying the cause, failure analysis, consulting with the manufacturer (if necessary), assessing spare parts requirements and procuring them
creating installation and maintenance notes, managing the database of solutions
searching for product development opportunities
mapping out and mastering the technical background of newly launched products.

Expectations

advanced technical qualification (e.g. mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, mechatronical engineer, traffic engineer, shift leader, etc.)
knowledge and use of wiring diagrams
ability and willingness to assemble
excellent communication skills (with both customers and partners)
advanced English language skills, spoken and written (e.g. understanding technical descriptions)
customer-focused mindset
proficient computer skills (MS Office)
technical approach, ability to work independently
category B drivers' license

Advantages

2-3 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electrical systems, industrial machines
knowledge of the technical content of trucks
Openness towards IT and BI topics
sales mindset
Polish and/or Slovak language skills
