About us

At iTruck Solutions Ltd. we implement intelligent truck solutions for industrial and commercial companies in Hungary and the neighbouring countries. Our solutions include truck fleet management, tracking, indoor and outdoor location tracking, speed zones, installing on-board cameras. As a young company, we aim to create dynamic and sustainable growth. We are looking for a new member of our expanding team.

Tasks

  • handling general tasks of an office manager
  • handling customer service inquiries on the phone and via e-mail, performing customer support tasks
  • performing financial tasks (invoicing, handling incoming invoices and bank transfers, organising and preparing accounting materials)
  • handling cost estimates and orders from customers and manufacturers
  • creating statistics, statements and reports

  • excellent communication and organisation skills;
  • customer-focused mindset
  • advanced English language skills
  • proficient computer skills (MS Office)
  • readiness to learn and develop
  • independent, responsible, precise work
